sometimes it's about need

there has been a lot of good surf in new jersey lately. i haven't been getting much of it. i went down today not expecting much, and when i saw the waves, it didn't look like much. the winds were wrong and it was a bit choppy. but some nice little peelers made it through. the bojo hull was the right tool.

Happy Anniversary Heather! 7 years ago yesterday, Heather and I first met at Chaucers( a bar). Every year we go back even though it has since changed to Pub & Kitchen. This year we went back as three. The photo is taken at the table we first met. You have no idea what the future holds for you.

The winds ended up a little too south this morning. I was hoping for some cleaner lines. Fortunately, I did score some fun speedialin' waves to make make the session worth the trip. 3/2's and chilly.
